I started out at 223.8 pounds and LOTS of large numbers for my inches (total 267.5 inches) and at the end of my 21 days I was 218 pounds and my measuring tape went down (total 242 inches)!
Not a super large amount of weight or inches lost in 21 days but for the fact that it was only 21 days it was FREAKING AWESOME!!!!!
I went out and got several workout outfits as I had NO workout clothes. I ended up with 4 pairs of bottoms, 4 tops and 2 sports bras that hold everything still.. LOL
I want to show everyone who has ever wanted to lose 10 pounds or even 100 pounds that it possible with the right mind set, the right tools and help from people like me who has and still right now large that it CAN be done!!
My dear friend from high school lost 122 pounds in 18 months and doing amazing.
I know there are a lot of quick fix fads out there and boy have I tried almost all of them, some worked for a bit, but when I stopped I gain double the weight back on.
With Beachbody, its not a pill, a drinks or a wrap or heck even a weight loss surgery (i tried the lapband..didn't work), this is a lifestyle change, rethink what to eat, how to eat and how much to eat.
Most people think you need to starve yourself, cut out all the carbs to lose weight, but let me tell you, that is NOT TRUE!!!
I ate Pizza last night..... 2 slices and I was done (shh..I even had a glass of soda) so eating right all day, then partaking in the dinner provided by a friend, I didn't over eat and today I worked out!
The 21 day fix is where I would suggest anyone to start, for me it was the best for not only the working out due to be not being in shape, but also taught me how to eat right!!
